Nachiketh B. is from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He did his schooling in Loyola School and completed his undergraduate course from Christ University, Bengaluru in 2013, graduating from the BA Psychology Honours program. During his undergraduate years, he was part of many extracurricular activities and took part in multiple certificate courses, including Addiction Counseling and Hypnosis. He was also elected as the treasurer for the undergraduate wing of the Psychology Association.

Nachiketh completed his post graduation from Christ University, Bengaluru in MSc Psychology (Counseling) from 2013 to 2015. As part of the curriculum, he interned as a psychological counselor at various de-addiction centers and schools, receiving exposure in these areas. After graduating in 2015, Nachiketh worked as a psychological counselor at Optum India and later as the manager of counseling and delivery at Vidyartha, an education startup in 2017.

From 2018, he has been working in academics as an assistant professor in colleges such as the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, St. Francis Degree College, and currently at Christ Academy Institute of Advanced Studies.

Along with his teaching role, he has also been working as a psychological counselor. Nachiketh completed his KSET qualification examination and has a total of 9 years of experience in the field. He is still hungry to learn more and improve himself professionally and personally.
