Dr. K.M. Vinay Kumar is a renowned expert in Human Capital Management with over 15 years of experience in the field. With a career spanning role as a motivator, Placement coordinator, coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell, and educator, Dr. K.M. Graduating with a MBA Degree from Visveswaraya Technological University and Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Indira Gandhi National University in the field of HR Analytics, Dr. K.M. Vinay Kumar has since accumulated a wealth of knowledge through hands-on experience and advanced studies.
