Dr.Chandni M.C

Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management

A distinguished academician with a commendable 8 years of teaching experience complemented by 2 years in the industry, with expertise spanning Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing, and Organizational Behaviour. She has led transformative workshops on team building and self-management, while also undertaking pivotal administrative responsibilities as the NAAC Criterion Incharge(Institution level) and Placement Coordinator for the Management department.

Dr. Chandni’s contributions to academic excellence include serving as a Research Promotion Cell member during 2022-23 and 2023-24, writing scholarly books and publishing extensively in prestigious national and international journals. Renowned for her industry-academic synergy, she spearheaded notable initiatives such as the HR Conclave in October 2024, the intra-departmental management fest Prabhavan, and various quiz competitions, exemplifying her unwavering dedication in fostering holistic development and professional acumen among students.
