Assistant Professor of Business Analytics
Dr. Shilu Varghese, a passionate educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, serves as an Assistant Professor at CAIAS . Her primary areas of interest include Quantitative Techniques and Business Analytics, which she leverages to provide a dynamic and practical learning experience for her students.Dr. Shilu has handled a wide range of core subjects, including Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, Operations Research, and Artificial Intelligence. She is passionate about equipping her students with analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasizing the use of mathematical models and statistical tools to address real-world business challenges effectively.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Shilu is a published author and researcher. She has authored books in the area of Business Mathematics and Business Statistics and contributed several peer-reviewed journal articles, offering valuable insights into her areas of expertise. She is also deeply interested in Events Management, where she utilizes her creativity and organizational skills to mentor students in planning and executing impactful events. Her guidance helps students develop essential leadership, teamwork, and project management abilities.Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development, Dr. Shilu Varghese actively participates in faculty development programs and workshops. Her decade-long commitment to teaching and mentorship inspires her students to excel in their academic and professional endeavors.Dr. Shilu holds a BTech and an MBA, which form the foundation of her academic expertise and professional achievements.
