Green Campus
CAIAS has its own aesthetic beauty. It welcomes everyone who enters the portal with its shaded park surrounded by trees. Besides this, there are colourful landscape gardens creating many green spots in and around the campus. Sustainable environment in campus impacts students’ lives positively on a daily basis, Studies have shown that students studying in active green campuses have better knowledge retention capacity, environmental behaviours, community solidarity, etc. Efforts are being made to develop the campus on green concepts, particularly focusing on water conservation, use of alternative sources of energy, solid waste management, green belt development.
Classroom
Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies facilitates learning through audio-visual classrooms. In addition to learning theory from professors, students enjoy learning from videos shown on the screens installed in every classroom.Each classroom comprises an interactive table monitor connected to a projector and speakers. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Any student with a personal laptop connected to the server can access the internet and server services.
Labs
CAIAS has state of the art laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Psychology and Computer courses offered by the institution with the purpose of imparting practical knowledge to our students. The experiments are conducted in the well-equipped laboratories under the guidance of well-qualified teachers through a meticulously planned series of classes.
The computer labs are equipped with updated scientific instruments and safety measures. The institution has computer labs with advanced configuration distributed across the buildings. All the labs are interconnected through LAN networks and highly configured switches.
Library
The library at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies is a hub of knowledge and learning, providing students with a vast collection of resources and a peaceful environment to study. The library is well-stocked with books, journals, periodicals, and e-resources covering a wide range of subjects, including commerce, management, arts, humanities, and social sciences. With a seating capacity of over 200 students, the library is open to all CAIAS students and faculty members.
In addition to the main library, CAIAS also has a separate digital library that is equipped with modern technology, including computers and internet facilities. The digital library provides students with access to a vast collection of e-books, journals, and multimedia resources.
Overall, the library at CAIAS is an excellent resource for students looking to enhance their knowledge and improve their academic performance. It offers a comfortable and supportive environment that fosters learning and enables students to achieve their full potential.
Auditorium & Seminar Halls
A spacious and fully equipped auditorium with 1400 seating capacity is being set up with ‘state of the art’ facilities.
Every floor in the buildings has a seminar hall with seating capacity of 140- 170 pax. The seminar halls are spacious, well ventilated and well-furnished. The objective behind this is to enhance the quality of education. To make this possible, the halls offer facilities such as LCD projectors, wi-fi, Audio Visual, and white-boards for delivering lectures. It also provides ample opportunity for our staff and students to exhibit their talents in cultural activities.
Hostel
We are proud to offer comfortable and safe accommodation for our students on campus through our hostel facility. Our hostels provide a secure and supportive environment for both boys and girls, so they can focus on their academic and personal growth without any distractions.
We have two separate hostels for boys and one hostel for girls on campus, each equipped with modern amenities and facilities. Our hostels are designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment for students, with spacious rooms, study areas, recreational facilities, and 24/7 security to ensure their safety.
Our boys’ hostels are designed to accommodate a large number of students, with separate rooms and common areas for recreation and study. Our girls’ hostel is equipped with modern amenities and provides a safe and secure environment for female students. We take pride in ensuring that our students feel comfortable and secure while staying with us.
The hostel facilities at CAIAS are managed by experienced and friendly staff who are available round the clock to assist students with any concerns they may have. We provide nutritious and hygienic food in our hostels to keep our students healthy and fit.
Our hostel facility is not just a place to stay, but a place to create lasting memories and friendships. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and living together in our hostels helps them develop mutual respect, understanding, and tolerance towards each other.

Sports & Games
In the current scenario, the students like the college, which has better facilities. Sports facility is one of those facilities, which attracts students and visitors. A good sports facility in the college will conduct a message to the visitors that the college is diligent and dedicated to providing a friendly and healthy environment for the students.
At CAIAS, we acknowledge the importance and efficacy of sports and of fitness associated with it. In an effort to boost a balanced and healthy lifestyle and to encourage holistic development we have provided a state of the art gymnasium, International Standard Soccer Turf, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court and indoor play areas.
Playing sports builds many skills in a student like teamwork, leadership, self- confidence, etc. Other than these qualities, students succeed in developing the ability of thinking in critical situations. Time management is one focused ability a student develops which will help him in managing time between college, friends, and family.
Cafeteria
Cafeteria caters to the students, hostellers, faculty and the operating staff respectively. The cafeteria is very spacious and it can accommodate a large number of students and also has a comfortable sitting arrangement. The whole ambience of the cafeterias is so soothing and delightful that it tempts you to come here again and again. There is a separate hall attached with the Main Hall especially for the staff and faculty members. We also have Cafe Coffee day on campus. The college cafeteria is the pulse of the campus. It is a popular hub on the campus not only for physical refreshment but also for student bonding and discussions. Proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained both by the cooking & cleaning teams. Complaints and suggestions if any are always welcome from the students for the improvement in services.
Bank & ATM
There is one fully functional branch of South Indian Bank in the college campus, which offers all types of banking services to staff and students. It functions all 6 days in the week from Monday to Saturday. Student fees and other payments are remitted through this in-campus bank branch.
Apart from regular banking services students and staff can use ATM facility for cash withdrawals. There are two ATM machines available. This facility can be availed by the students and staff of the college. On enrolment, every student can open an account with the bank and can make full use of banking services, Internet Banking and ATM facilities.
Transportation
CAIAS provides safe and reliable transportation to students who wish to avail this facility. The college operates a fleet of buses which are well connected with the city and provide students, faculty, and staff with the best transportation facilities. Students are picked up and dropped off by the buses on different routes throughout the city. To ensure the safety and security of all commuters, buses are regularly inspected, checked, and cleaned. All of our bus drivers are well-trained and undergo periodic training upgrades to improve their skills.
