The Department of Commerce has been the pioneer in imparting commerce education. It believes in developing global competencies among students through quality education and research. In today’s globalized economy, it has become increasingly important to develop an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the contemporary business environment and our B. Com Course has been streamlined according to it. The course is challenging, yet rewarding for students with high aspirations.
Bachelors of Commerce (B. Com) offers excellent course structure with the choice of electives. It aims to construct a strong foundation in core Subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Auditing, Marketing, Human Resources. Apart from the core Subjects, the department also offers training in soft skills and personality development, placement opportunities, certification programs and value-added programs.

Eligibility
Pass in 10+2 / Pre-University Course/ Equivalent Course recognized by Bangalore University.

Fees Structure
Course Fee per year: Rs.70,000 (Application, Eligibility Fee & Registration fees excluded)
Documents to be produced at the time of Admission:
- 10th, 11th & 12th Marks Card (Original + 2 Copies).
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended (Original).
- Conduct Certificate (Original). Caste Certificate if SC / ST / OBC / Category 1 (2 Copies).
- Migration Certificate in Original for Non Karnataka Students & other Universities or Board.
- 3 passport size photographs.
- In addition to the above, NRI and Foreign Students should produce: Valid Passport Residential Permit from the Commissioner of Police Bengaluru (for foreign students only HIV Test Certificate
