Dr. Sanjana Joseph
Associate Professor, Department of Science
Dr. Sanjana Joseph is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, Bangalore, affiliated with Bangalore University. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a specialization in Graph Theory. Her doctoral research, supported by a Minority Fellowship from the Government of Karnataka, focused on secure domination in graphs and its applications in cryptography.
She completed her M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), following an undergraduate degree with a triple major in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics, in which she graduated with first rank.
Dr. Sanjana’s core research interests lie in Graph Theory and its interdisciplinary applications, particularly in the fields of cryptography and network security. She is dedicated to advancing mathematical understanding and inspiring students through research-driven teaching.
