Mr. Naveen Kumar C is an accomplished educator, academician, and committed social service leader with over seven years of teaching and institutional experience at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies (CAIAS). He is widely recognized for his exemplary dedication to community welfare, youth empowerment, and nation-building through the National Service Scheme (NSS). In recognition of his outstanding service and leadership, he was awarded the Best NSS Officer by Narayana Health in 2023 and subsequently received the Best NSS Officer Award on 18th May 2025 from the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka, Ramanagara.

As the NSS Programme Officer at CAIAS, Mr. Naveen Kumar C has successfully conceptualized, coordinated, and implemented numerous impactful outreach and social responsibility initiatives. His key contributions include organizing Free Mega Health Camps, Blood Donation Camps (2024), Swachhata and cleanliness drives, Human Rights awareness programs, constitutional values campaigns, and various social awareness activities at institutional, state, and national levels. These initiatives reflect his strong commitment to inclusive development, public health, and civic responsibility.

He has actively represented the institution in several prestigious national-level programs, including the Mera Yuva Bharat Program, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, held at NITK Surathkal, Mangalore (September 2024). He also participated in the Seven Days National Integration Camp conducted at the NSS Bureau, Berhampur University, Odisha, from 3rd to 9th March 2025, and has been associated with multiple National Integration Camps (NICs), NSS training programs, and orientation programs organized by the State NSS Cell and Bangalore University, thereby contributing significantly to the promotion of national unity, democratic values, and social harmony.

With strong academic specialization in Kannada Literature and Teaching Expertise, Mr. Naveen Kumar C effectively integrates classroom instruction with experiential learning and community engagement. His core strengths include leadership development, team coordination, event planning, institutional administration, and student mentoring. Under his guidance, numerous students have been motivated and selected to participate in state-level and national NSS camps, enabling them to develop leadership qualities, civic consciousness, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
