Ms. Nina Ann Mathew is an enthusiastic educator, researcher, author, and communication trainer with over three years of experience in college teaching. As an Assistant Professor of English, she is committed to nurturing critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a deep appreciation for literature and language among her students. Her academic interests include Linguistics, English Literature, Addiction Literature, Literary Theory, and English Language Teaching.
A passionate writer and literary enthusiast, Ms. Nina is the author of Carnations, a poetry collection that showcases her creative voice and engagement with feminist themes. She has also contributed to literary anthologies such as It’s Her Choice and Strings of My Heart. Her experience as a Feature Writer for The Hindu reflects her ability to engage with diverse cultural, social, and literary subjects through thoughtful and impactful writing.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Nina is an experienced IELTS Trainer and Spoken English Coach, helping learners develop language proficiency, communication skills, and confidence in both academic and professional settings. She is also a professional Master of Ceremonies (MC), known for her dynamic stage presence and effective audience engagement. Her public speaking abilities were recognized when she advanced to the Super 250 (Round 3) of Super Speaker Season 2 conducted by Success Gyan.
Ms. Nina has also served as a Research Assistant at Vallath Education under Dr. Kalyani Vallath, contributing to academic research and scholarly initiatives.
