Holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, along with an MBA, M.Phil., M.Com., and UGC-NET qualification. Academic and research interests include workplace spirituality, employee engagement, sustainability, tourism, financial inclusion, and contemporary business issues. Has published research articles in UGC-CARE-listed, peer-reviewed, and international journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. Authored the textbook Business Environment, contributing to the advancement of commerce education.
