Dr. Santhosh Kumar V is an accomplished academician, researcher, and higher education professional with over 13 years of experience in management education, academic administration, student development, and institutional growth. He holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., MBA (HR), BTH, and BBM, and has served in reputed institutions across Bengaluru in various academic and leadership capacities. His expertise spans Human Resource Management, General Management, Corporate Relations, Placement Strategy, Curriculum Design, Faculty Development, and Quality Assurance. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in building industry-academia collaborations, mentoring students, coordinating placements, and promoting employability-focused education. He has guided MBA dissertations and several undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, contributing significantly to student success and professional development.
Dr. Santhosh is a prolific researcher with an extensive record of publications in Scopus-indexed, ABDC-listed, and peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented numerous research papers at both national and international conferences, contributing significantly to the advancement of management research. He has authored and co-authored several books in the domains of Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, and Digital Business.
