The Department of Science, Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, is organizing an Expert Talk titled “Beyond Equations: The Endless Possibilities of Mathematics” on 20 August 2026 for the B.Sc. Mathematics students.

The session will be delivered by Dr. Venkatesh Babu K. P., who will share insights into the diverse applications of mathematics beyond the classroom, highlighting its role in research, technology, industry, and solving real-world problems.

The talk aims to broaden students’ perspectives on emerging career opportunities, higher education pathways, and the interdisciplinary nature of mathematics while inspiring them to explore the limitless possibilities the subject offers.
