Mr. Parveez Ulla
Assistant Professor of Accounting and Taxation
Mr. Parveez Ulla is an experienced Assistant Professor with over 20 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Commerce and Management. He is currently serving at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, Bengaluru. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in IFRS. He is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Mysore, with his thesis submitted and awaiting the final viva voce examination. His academic expertise encompasses Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Management Accounting, Advanced Accounting, IFRS, Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and Taxation.
Mr. Parveez Ulla has excelled in various academic leadership roles, including Head of the Department, IQAC Coordinator, and NAAC Coordinator. His contributions to academia extend to authoring several textbooks on Accounting, IFRS, GST, and Advanced Financial Management, along with publishing research papers in reputed journals. He has also served as a resource person at numerous institutions, delivering lectures and academic sessions on a wide range of subjects. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Examinations (BOE) and Board of Studies (BOS) at Bangalore University and has received Best Paper Awards at international conferences. Committed to fostering academic excellence, he is recognized for his vision of promoting collaborative growth and contributing meaningfully to the academic community.
