Assistant Professor
Ms. Arpitha R is an academic professional in Commerce, holding a Master’s degree in Commerce from Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies and currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Mysore. She is passionate about teaching, research, and student development, with research interests spanning FinTech, financial education, consumer behaviour, artificial intelligence, ESG, and financial markets. She has qualified KSET, along with the NISM-Series-XII: Securities Markets Foundation Certification Examination. Her academic work has been presented at national and international conferences, receiving recognition including Best Paper and Second Best Paper awards.
She has also developed innovative academic frameworks, including SPEARK – A Multi-Sensory Experiential Learning Framework and COGNITWIN – An AI-Enhanced Cognitive Twin Model for Deep Conceptual Learning. Committed to innovative and experiential teaching, she strives to create engaging learning environments that foster critical thinking, curiosity, and holistic student development while contributing to academia through teaching, research, innovation, and continuous learning.
