Dr. Anindita Sandilya
Assistant Professor
Dr. Anindita Sandilya is a psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies. She earned her PhD in Psychology from Gauhati University, with her doctoral research conducted at LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health. Her primary area of expertise is geriatric psychology, particularly the mental health and well-being of older adults. Her research also explores marital satisfaction among newly married couples, workplace microaggressions, students’ emotional responses to artificial intelligence in higher education, experimental psychology, Mandala art, and indigenous psychology. She is committed to culturally grounded research that promotes psychological well-being across different populations.
