Dr. Chetna Lakhotia has done B. A. in Psychology from the Department of English, International College for Girls, Jaipur, and M. A. in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, The IIS University, Jaipur in 2010 and 2012 respectively; and Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour, from the Department of Psychology, The IIS University in 2016. She has been a rank holder at the undergraduate and the postgraduate levels of her studies.

She has served as Assistant Professor and Adjunct Faculty at reputed institutions including Christ University and the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR), Bengaluru. Her teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Organizational Behaviour, Developmental Psychology, Research Methodology, SPSS, and Personality Psychology. She is known for her teaching approach that integrates daily life observations, discussions, and applied learning.
