Dr.Deepa V

Associate Professor, Head Department of Commerce

Dr. Deepa V. is a seasoned academic with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and International Business. She has excelled as an Academic Coordinator and PhD dissertation guide, ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs and adherence to international standards at Universities worldwide.

In the Middle East, she managed CIPD (UK) and AAT (UK) programs at the Bahrain Training Institute. She also authored a widely acclaimed textbook, Managing Work, Individuals, and Teams in an Organisation, which continues to be extensively used. At the College of Technology, Oman, she taught Business Studies and Finance, significantly enhancing students’ academic and professional competencies.

In India, she led the Department of Management Studies at Jain University and served as an Associate Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). During her tenure, she developed comprehensive curricula, mentored students, and publications. Her expertise in curriculum development, quality assurance, and innovative teaching methods has profoundly influenced the educational landscape in both the Middle East and India.
