Dr. K.M. Vinay Kumar is a renowned expert in Human Capital Management with over 19 years of experience in the field. With a career spanning role as a motivator, Placement coordinator, coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell, and educator, Dr. K.M. Vinay Kumar has been at the forefront of shaping innovative strategies that bridge the gap between Industry and College Curriculum.
Graduating with an MBA Degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Indira Gandhi National University in the field of HR Analytics, completed in 2023, Dr. K.M. Vinay Kumar has since accumulated a wealth of knowledge through hands-on experience and advanced studies.
