Dr. Noonu Mary Jose is an enthusiastic commerce educator dedicated to nurturing students through a comprehensive and holistic approach to learning. She earned her Ph.D. in Commerce -Organizational Behavior from Christ University, Bangalore, in 2026, bringing deep expertise in workplace dynamics, leadership, and human resource development. Her primary research focuses on career adaptability, self-efficacy, and the psychological domains governing professional resilience.

Beyond her research, Dr. Noonu is passionate about sustainability and ecological responsibility in business education.
