Committed to strengthening teaching and learning through innovative pedagogy, outcome-based education, interdisciplinary approaches, and the thoughtful integration of digital and AI-enabled technologies in higher education. Brings a strong academic foundation in English Language Teaching, curriculum innovation, research, academic communication, assessment, and student development. Awarded a Ph.D. in English from Karunya University, in 2019, Coimbatore, for the research titled “Effectiveness of Content and Language Integrated Learning Method in Secondary Level Classrooms: A Study.” The research reflects a sustained scholarly interest in innovative pedagogy, interdisciplinary learning, language education, and effective teaching-learning practices.
Currently serving as Head of the Department of Arts and Humanities, providing academic and administrative leadership in academic planning, curriculum development, faculty coordination and development, research initiatives, student engagement, quality enhancement, and departmental growth. The role involves working collaboratively with faculty and institutional stakeholders to strengthen teaching quality, encourage scholarly engagement, promote innovative and technology-enabled educational practices, and create meaningful opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and student development.
