Mr. Manoj Kumar T is a Library and Information Management professional with over six years of progressive experience in academic and research library environments. He served as an Assistant Librarian at CMR University, Bengaluru, where he played an active role in NAAC accreditation processes, particularly under Criterion IV (Infrastructure and Learning Resources). Earlier, he served as a Library and Information Management Project Trainee at the JRD Tata Memorial Library, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, gaining valuable exposure to advanced research library operations.

He holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc) degree from the University of Mysore (2018) and is UGC–NET qualified (2018). Additionally, he earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Applications (PGDCA) in 2024 from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysuru, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Library and Information Management (PGDLIM) in 2025 from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

His professional competencies encompass library automation, digital repository development and management, electronic resource management, collection development, content management systems (CMS), ICT-enabled library services, user education, and the adoption of emerging practices in contemporary information management.
