Ms. Ruchitha N D is a Management faculty member with an MBA and B.Com background, specialising in Human Resource Management and Finance. She is associated with the Department of Management Studies at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, Bengaluru, where she is involved in teaching, student mentoring, academic coordination and various departmental activities.
Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Employee Retention, HR Analytics, Finance, Business Environment and Supply Chain Management. She has also been involved in research and academic activities and has presented/participated in conferences, faculty development programmes, workshops and seminars.
