Swetha P is an accomplished educator with over eight years of teaching experience spanning postgraduate, undergraduate, and pre-university levels. Until January 2025, she served as an Assistant Professor and IQAC Co-Coordinator. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in academic coordination, quality enhancement initiatives, and mentoring students in research-based learning.

Her teaching expertise lies in subjects such as Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behaviour, where she employs innovative methodologies to create a practical and engaging learning environment.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, Swetha has published several research papers in reputed journals, covering topics including human resource management, green products, e-commerce, and hybrid work culture. She is also passionate about mentoring students on research and academic projects and has successfully organized numerous faculty development programs and seminars.

Swetha holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBM in Finance. Multilingual by nature, she has a keen interest in public speaking, career counselling, and continuous professional development.
